Introductions
This machine is used for the compression test of all kinds engineering material of wood material, metal support and building materials, such as brick, cement, concrete specimen and component, etc. Equipped with special accessories, it can be used for bending or flexure resistant test of building materials and compression resistant test of red bricks. They are essential testing instruments for quality control testing section, university and college, research institution and industrial and mining enterprise laboratory. The machine is calibrated as ASTM E4 and ISO 7500-1 international standard. It can do the test of ISO 679, ISO 3893, ASTM C39, ASTM C495, ASTM C873, DIN, BS, EN testing
standards.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic oil in the tank enters the oil circuit through the motor driven high pressure pump, flows through the check valve, high pressure filter, differential pressure valve set, servo valve and enters the cylinder. The computer sends a control signal to the servo valve to control the opening and direction of the servo valve, so as to control the flow into the cylinder and realize the control of the test force at the same speed.
Force measurement system
1. Adopting high-precision amplifier and A/D converter, with no staging throughout, and real-time display of load, peak value, loading speed and strength;
2. Adopt PID closed-loop control strategy to realize constant speed loading and real-time display of loading curve
3. automatic interval timing and continuous test;
4. flexible and convenient to query and print test results;
Safety protection devices
When the test force exceeds 3% of the maximum test force, overload protection, oil pump motor shutdown.
When the piston rises to the upper limit position, limit protection and oil pump motor stop.
